The main-level bedroom features a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, as well as a smart TV for private entertainment.

Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the other has a full-size bed.

The upstairs bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, and there is also a half bath on the main level for added convenience.

The mudroom at the entrance is a great place to securely store bicycles or kayaks, making it perfect for guests who want to explore the area by land or water.

For security purposes, exterior security cameras are present on the property. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and no unaccompanied guests under 25 are allowed. To complete the booking, guests must provide their email address to sign the guest rental agreement prior to their stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure compliance with local ordinances and to maintain the peaceful enjoyment of the neighborhood. While the home is not pet-friendly, guests with allergies should note that animals have previously been present in the house.
