This enchanting 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom coach house is a two-story haven featuring a cozy queen-sized bed in the upstairs bedroom, ensuring restful nights after exciting days exploring the town.

The living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment. It boasts a comfortable seating area with a TV, ideal for streaming all your favorite shows. Complimentary high-speed WiFi keeps you connected, whether for leisure browsing or keeping up with work.

The kitchenette area is cleverly equipped for light meals and snacks with a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, and a Keurig coffee maker, although please note there is no stove or oven. Adjacent to the kitchenette, a twin trundle bed provides a fun sleeping space for up to two children.

Experience the convenience of walking to Lake Geneva’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment options, or simply enjoy a leisurely walk to the lake. The included parking spot makes it easy to explore the downtown Lake Geneva area without the hassle of finding parking.

Outside, the quaint patio, surrounded by a well-manicured backyard dotted with blooming flowers, offers a serene setting. It features a table and chairs, complemented by a pair of rocking chairs—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing with a sunset cocktail while taking in the seasonal garden views.

For your peace of mind, security cameras are installed to ensure adherence to occupancy rules. The coach house is located in the backyard of the larger Nell’s Cottage, which can be rented separately for larger gatherings.

Please note, we value the quality of stay for all our guests and maintain a strict policy: no parties, maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children, and renters must be 25 years or older. Only one vehicle is permitted on the property.
