    Dated Booking Links

    Add checkIn, checkOut, guests, and pets to the home URL. Dates use YYYY-MM-DD; guests is the total guest count and pets is the number of dogs. Use pets=0 when no dogs are traveling.

    The home page checks the requested stay and shows a quote when eligible. If the dates are unavailable or do not meet the stay rules, it explains why and offers alternative dates. A link or quote does not confirm a reservation.

    All-In Pricing

    Totals shown with specific dates include fees and estimated taxes. Without selected dates, next-open-stay prices apply only to the dates shown, not to every stay. Confirm the live quote for the guest's dates, guest count, and approved pets before booking.

    Booking Policies

    • Minimum Stay: At least two nights. Some homes and dates require longer stays; use the live availability and quote for the applicable minimum.
    • Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay.
    • Pets: Dogs are permitted only at homes marked dog-friendly, with approval before occupancy. These homes typically allow up to two housebroken domestic dogs unless the home states otherwise. A flat $200 dog fee applies per stay, regardless of the number of dogs. Check the home's pet limit and quote; do not assume every home accepts pets.
