Oh we loved this house! It was beautifully appointed and very clean. The location was perfect for trips into town.The backyard was truly fantastic. We enjoyed dining outdoors and sitting around the fire pit every evening. An additional bonus was the fantastic playground in the elementary school nest door.

The location could not have been better. We had kids with us and it was very easy to walk to downtown Lake Geneva for restaurants, beaches, boats, playground, and more. The place had everything you needed for eating in, coffee, great danish kringle, and everything was spotless clean. The backyard was fenced in too which was great with little kids.

Can't stay enough good things about this house and host. The house was clean and well stocked. They even had a yummy Kringle as a welcome treat for us which we munched on our whole stay. Host was friendly and responsive. The location was within walking distance from the lake and main street which was great for activities and dining out. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at The Cottage on Warren in downtown Lake Geneva! The home was newly updated and furnished, with a nice open concept living room/dining/kitchen area, and plenty of personal space with 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. It was clean and matched the online pictures. And the backyard had a grill & firepit area that we used as well! It was walking distance to downtown Lake Geneva restaurants, bars & shopping, and beach. Nice spot!

This is a very nice rental. It was perfect for our family of 8 adults. Very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked! There was enough seating inside and outside and we enjoyed making a bonfire in the back yard! Lake Geneva downtown is a 15min walk and so lovely!! We look forward to coming back!!!

The place was very clean and had special touches upon arrival by the property owner that were a nice tough. The kitchen had all the utensils and things that are often missing at other places I have stayed. The house was very walkable to the beach and golf cart made local exploration a breeze. We had a wonderful stay for our family reunion! The house had excellent spaces with truly something for everyone, and the location couldn’t have been better. We loved being able to walk to downtown Lake Geneva for shopping, restaurants, bars, and the water. There were great parking options, which made things especially easy for our group, and we absolutely loved the backyard spaces and fire pit, perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The kitchen was incredibly spacious and worked perfectly for our family, especially for preparing meals and gathering together. Overall, it was a fantastic space for a family gathering, and we would happily stay here again!

The house has a great layout and the apartment above the kitchen was great for my wife and I to have our own space. The fire pit in the backyard is a wonderful space to relax in the evening. Location is awesome, close enough to walk to restaurants but far enough away that we didn't have a lot of people walking by or vehicle traffic.

The property was wonderful. It was close to everything (restaurants, shopping, the lake), but the property is nestled back in the woods in a way that we still felt secluded (in the best way). The pool house is such a great amenity and provides pretty easy access into the pool itself. We would definitely stay again.

The space was everything we hoped for! Our check in time was 4:00, but the host sent me an email that it was available 2 hours prior to check in . The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room were decorated beautifully. The patio was spacious with six chairs and two tables for us to enjoy the beautiful view. The lake was calm and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed. They even left us coffee and Kringle. Everything was super clean, which is a really big deal to me! I would 100% recommend this condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a few blocks away from the business of town but that was good. Plenty of parking space for the boat and the streets weren’t busy. Kinda appreciated that. This is a really well-maintained condo! We only stayed 2 nights but would have definitely been comfortable staying longer. There was ample seating in the living space for our girls weekend to spend time comfortably chatting! The rooms were spacious with great closet space. Bathrooms were clean with great water pressure in the showers. The host's communication was proactive and quick, and they even provided us with some local Kringle for our stay. This is a great location - beautiful surroundings, and remote enough from the main area of Lake Geneva to not have any noise but close enough to access anything in the area very quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Lake Daze was amazing and as advertised. Plenty of room for all 12 of us that stayed for sleeping and cooking/eating together. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything that we needed. Lake Powers was very clean and great for fishing, swimming, and boating all day long. We got great use out of the 2 kayaks provided and paddle boat. Rented a boat for the week and very accommodating to tie up to the dock in our backyard!Communication was great and always there to answer and question.

Can't say enough about Elite Rentals and the Como Cabana. The neighborhood is peaceful, easily walkable to the private small beach. The back deck was great to hang out with clean furniture and fully fenced. The grill worked and I had a great 2 weeks in the summer grilling out. Despite being pet-friendly, it was squeaky clean and the leather sofa was fantastic to lounge in. Everything was as described including well equipped kitchen -without being full of "stuff". Thank you to everyone!

The Heeler House was a perfect stay for our family of 5 in Lake Geneva. Pristinely clean and well appropriated, we had easy 15 minute walks to downtown with quiet neighborhood living when at home. Communication from Elite host was timely and helpful. Even though we had severe weather one afternoon and power went out, they communicated and visited the property to make sure we were well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.

This Lake Como home was just what our family needed! Stunning location and nice and quiet. We loved the yard and back patio. There's a view of the lake between the other homes and we LOVED watching the sun set and the sun sparkle on the water. The baby fawn out back was a highlight too! The golf cart was so fun and made getting around a breeze. We loved going out in search of the baby geese! The home itself was perfectly clean and they thought of everything you could ever need. Lots of outdoor seating and so many places to lounge! Lake Geneva and other parts of the lake were just a short drive away and it was wonderful to get to go to the action then come back to the serene calm of Lake Como. Elite was a joy to work with and super responsive. We can't wait to return!

It was beautifully designed/decorated and the cleanest Vrbo I have ever stayed in. There was a lot of attention to detail given by the host and cleaning crew and it did not go unnoticed. We loved the large sectional and open living room, kitchen, and dining area that gave us plenty of space to hang out together. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is walking distance to downtown. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. Had a great time in Williams Bay staying her. It was close to the main road around the island, ice cream, a little healthy convenience store with a yummy Deli, and a park right on the lake. We loved how quiet it was, my Mom even took our dog for a walk every evening & it was lovely. We had three kids (5 & under), three adults & our small dog, and everyone fit comfortably & felt at home. Would definitely recommend for a family, or anyone looking for a quiet, yet convenient location to travel anywhere around the lake!
Our only note would be that the two queen beds in the bedrooms are *definitely* firm. Which is a specific cup of tea, but if not yours, the pullout couchs (and the couch itself) are super soft and comfy. 🙂

Phenomenal place to stay within close proximity to the downtown. Just a 2 blocks from an adorable and cozy coffee shop. The space is extremely clean and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were so comfortable. The home is a lot larger than we expected which was a nice surprise. They have a beautiful patio and wonderful wrap around porch (that was so pristine). We used the fire pit and hot tub and loved those amenities. The home has been recently remodeled so it felt charming but also modern. Highly recommend this home for your Lake Geneva stay! Thank you for everything, Elite!!!!

I loved how they provided their own games. Quiet neighborhood. Cute backyard with room for activities. Plenty of street parking and 4 cars can fit in the driveway. They had the place ready for us early so I was able to check in early which gave me so much more time to decorate! Highly appreciate that. They provided a list or their own recommendations. THIs was a very nice and neat home, there were games to play, a wagon to transport grandkids to the beach and back and to help load/ unload the car. The beach was less than a half a mile away. The grill, dishwasher, laundry, thermostat all worked perfectly. We even used the fire bowl in the back yard. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for families, especially if you have toddlers - it is already fully equipped and child-proofed, to include toys and a gate on the back patio porch. We had a great weekend here with our adult kids and grandchild. The house and location directly on the lake is noteworthy - gorgeous sunsets! We used the well equipped kitchen, grill, and fire-pit as part of our activities. Lastly, we were welcomed with free coffee and a Wisconsin kringle from our host; what more could you ask for?

The home was recently renovated and absolutely gorgeous and fully stocked. The location is terrific with lake views. Elite Property Rentals was in contact before and during our stay and extremely helpful with a couple of questions. Elite sent a detailed inventory of dry goods that would be on site so I knew what I needed to provide. Elite prepared the property much like a hotel with toiletries displayed on silver trays, instructional signage where needed, towels beautiful folded and presented. I have rented homes all over the world and this one by far was the best managed. I felt like I was checking into a luxury hotel. I highly recommend this property and other properties managed by Elite Property Rentals.

We absolutely loved our stay in Lake Geneva. The house is fantastic. All very modern and clean with everything you need. The outside area is fantastic with a gas bbq and a fire pit as well as sun loungers for the morning sun. It’s a 10-15 minute walk into the town centre / lake shorepath and the area is so quaint and quintessentially American. It was the perfect few days.

Captain Cook was ideal for our family of eight (two grandparents, four adults, one toddler, one infant). We especially loved the walking distance to Riviera Beach and next-door proximity to a giant playground PLUS... the fenced in yard, wrap-around covered porch and hot tub w/ grilling area made it easy to find joy in small moments with kids. Jason was incredibly quick to respond and solved any issue that we encountered. If we all travel back to Lake Geneva, we'll certainly look up Captain Cook again!

Our stay was excellent! Very clean and quiet, and a great location. The only improvement that could be addressed is that the curtains in one of the bedrooms didn’t close all the way. We used the comforter from the bed to cover the window. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.

Como Cabana is a well maintained, lovely rental in a beautiful spot. We hosted a bridal shower and were able to sleep 6 comfortably, cook our meal in the kitched which was well stocked with all the utelncils and appliances we needed, and set up our party in the private patio area. The apartment was a beautifully decorated corner unit with an incredible view of the lake. It had many thoughtful amenities, including a diffuser for the hair dryer, and even a snack waiting for us upon arrival—a much-appreciated touch! Management was easily accessible, very nice, and highly responsive. The only small downside was that the pillows were a bit firm for my preference. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and scenic stay!

The house was a breeze to check in to and it was CLEAN! It was accurately depicted in the pictures and we had more than enough room for 2 adults, 2 - 20 yr olds and 2 - 15 yr olds. We were all pleased with our stay. It is an old house and the first floor is baseboard heat and never really felt that warm. Please note we were there on a weekend in FEB when the temps were below freezing. It is an old house. The 2nd floor where all the bedrooms are is forced heat and during the middle of the night we were all dying of heat. Even with the upstairs thermostat set at 66. My daughter used one of the stand alone fans and it was constantly measuring the temp in her bedroom at 80. During the day the bedrooms were fine temperature was. I’m not exactly sure what happened there.

This was a beautiful home stocked with everything you need. The home was spotless with a well-stocked kitchen, complete with a complimentary Kringle and coffee! All linens - bed and bath - were lovely and plentiful. Beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion is to allow a check-out time of 11:00 am instead of 10:00 am. Every VRBO home we've rented has an 11:00 am check-out time and that extra hour is everything!

BUGS in beds, dirty freezing pool

RENTER BEWARE ! We had a two night stay booked. Our draw for this property was the pool. As described, it states it’s maintained weekly with a pool service. That was NOT the case when we arrived. The pool water was green and murky. Could not see the bottom of the pool. Pool floor was slimy and filmy. There was a hose filling the pool with freezing cold well water. It is mentioned in the details it is not heated, however there is a big difference between the ambient temperature and freezing cold well water. We referred to it as “the polar plunge” as the pool was basically unusable. The upstairs shower does not drain and leaves you standing in a bath of filthy water. Lastly and MOST concerning, 6/8 guests left the weekend with multiple bug bites obtained from the beds. One of the guests had her bites examined by an infectious disease doctor and it was determined they are from MITES. I informed the property manager and was basically told the pool water, although green and murky and freezing cold, was still swimmable. Ew. If I had my children there I would NEVER had allowed them in that water. Regarding the bugs, it seems they are not taking any responsibility for that either. SO RENTER BEWARE. DO BETTER.

I was super impressed with the quality and quantity of kitchen supplies. I have never been in an Airbnb that has so many kitchen supplies. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The house was spacious and offered my family the space we needed.
Preferences: The pool was not as clear and clean as we prefer, and heat would have been a bonus. The garage was a wonderful space for us to spend time with energetic little ones, especially when it rained, but it could use a facelift.
Overall, I recommend this spacious Lake Geneva, WI house for a family get-a-way.
I realize Lake Geneva is an upscale community, but I thought the house was overpriced. I realized after I booked it that it was, in total, actually $822.62 per night.

We really enjoyed the stay at The Darwin home for my sister’s bachelorette party. The home was beautiful and spacious. The only issues we encountered were in regards to the plumbing. The upstairs toilet handle was broken upon arrival and had to be pushed back on every time we flushed. The sink upstairs also did not drain well. The downstairs bathroom toilet also had a hard time flushing and almost flooded multiple times. Also, only 2 garbage bags were provided for a 3 night stay which made things difficult. Overall, we did really enjoy the stay and the home.

This is a beautiful house which is clean and in excellent shape. The kitchen had all of the gadgets/plates/silverware that we needed and more. The backyard is quite private, and our family of six enjoyed the large fire pit, along with the outdoor grill and dining table. Someone did come to do maintenance on the pool so maybe it was just poor timing for our stay. Location was easy to get to, close to the lakes. Susan, their manager, was very helpful for any of our needs. Might be more affordable with a bigger group but did feel a little pricey after fees. They have you sign a rental agreement and it felt a little intense for me, so personally I didn’t like the initial vibe of the company.

Captain Cook is the perfect spot to enjoy all that Lake Geneva has to offer! Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, and bars yet removed from traffic and crowds. The wrap around porch with ample seating allowed us to enjoy time with family in the outdoor setting. The kitchen was the perfect for morning coffee at the island and cooking up meals. There’s a dining table for six and plenty of comfortable seating in the large living room for playing games or watching TV. The upstairs had 4 nice size bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Small touches such as local coffee samples and an apple cinnamon kringle for our first morning was a kind gesture by the host. Checkin process was very smooth and the owner was super responsive to our questions prior to arrival. Thanks for allowing us a home away from home to reconnect with our family, we would love to return again!

We celebrated Father’s Day and my husband’s July birthday over the weekend and it was so special to be together with both of our daughters and their husbands. We enjoyed cake from a local bakery, but the Kringle welcoming us to the home was both a surprise and a huge hit — we so loved Kringles when we used to visit Wisconsin from Illinois! We rented a boat and had a great time doing the self-guided lake tour, and it was fast and easy to get to the lake and downtown Lake Geneva. The Darwin is absolutely charming! I hosted a weekend bachelorette party, and every one of the women in attendance commented on how lovely the house was. The decor, along with all of the interesting touches, such as the crown molding, and the intricate ceilings were outstanding. Th reason why we are not giving 5 stars is because the water was yellow, and when taking a shower the water smelled like metal . We were advised to let the water run a while before using, but we let the water run for 30 mins and when getting into the shower, it still smelled like metal and had a yellow color to it.
The stains in the bathtub were yellow and the stains in the shower downstairs were the same.
The vent in the basement bedroom was loose when we checked in and it came off when we tried put it back into its place.
Susan was nice enough to come by and check it out and advise us about the water but it didn’t help. She even brought us a gallon of drinking water, which was appreciated.
The house was beautiful and in a great location. The water was really unpleasant, especially with 2 toddlers.

Clean, great location, but bring kitchen items

We loved the location, cleanliness, open layout, seating arrangements, and the yar, dock and beach were all fantastic. It was great to have some toiletries in the downstairs bathroom- a few of us forgot shampoo. I believe the paddle boat was broken, but we loved the kayaks, water mat, and table out on the dock so we could watch the sunset. The kitchen overall was great, but for a house that sleeps 10-11 people, some of the items really were rationed and it would have been helpful to know in advance to bring these things: more dish towels (two was not enough to cook three times a day for ten people), Cascade pods (three was not enough to run a dishwasher twice per day), and mugs and wine glasses. It was hard to choose whether to keep running the dishwasher vs generate more trash with paper/plastic plates and cups. One bedroom does not have AC, and I don't believe that was listed anywhere, but having a fan for that room certainly helped. Finally, toilet paper was also rationed. I've never had to bring toilet paper to a house on this lake before, so it was a rude awakening to have two rolls in each bathroom in a house for 10-11 people. Also bring a small basin to dunk feet before walking into the house to keep it sand-free. The clean up/check out process was very easy. Adding a half bath would make this place absolutely fantastic, but would definitely be back maybe just with a few less people.

We stayed here for an extended weekend with the family. The house looked exactly as it did in the pictures, very clean, open concept. It’s a great location, walkable to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked several meals a day at home and it was nice to have enough dinnerware for our family of five without having to wash it after every meal. Many thoughtful touches throughout the house. We would absolutely stay here again when in the area.

Wonderful Amazing retreat for my family

My family and I were so happy at this house. We loved the interior which was all brand new and so calm with beautiful decor. The outside area was were most of our memories were made. Brand new fire pit for s'mores! We loved the outside couch area that is very cozy. This house could not have been anymore perfect for what I was looking for. It exceeded all my expectations. I can not wait until I plan my next vacation with the owners of this property for 2024. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful house, plenty of space for three moms and four teenage girls! It’s a quick drive to the lake (parking adds up $$ but you can park for free in a neighborhood and walk a few blocks to the beach where you will pay again to get each person a wrist band to go in). Since Geneva charges for every little thing, we saved money by shopping at the nearby Walmart and cooking at the house. We were there during the hottest days of the summer so the house was a little warm, but there were plenty of fans provided so that helped us stay cooler, especially upstairs. The living room and patio are perfect spots to relax. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Summer 2023 family vacation

My family and I traveled to Lake Geneva for a vacation in July 2023. This home was in a great location, it was a quick drive to the downtown area and far enough away to disconnect from the pressures of life. If you are up for it, you can bike the few miles to downtown Lake Geneva or go the other direction for a meal on Lake Como.

We had a great stay! One whole day pool side and one whole day beach side. Met my vacation goals. Plus was able to go for morning walks on non busy roads. The house has everything you need to prepare your own meals. It was a short drive to the town center. We were interested in lake Geneva but the two other lakes would have been super convenient as well. We loved the pool and didn’t mind at all that it wasn’t “heated” because it was so warm outside. The set-up of the pool house and pool was unique, so fun, and allowed our group to spend quality time together. The only thing that was disappointing was there was the play set outside wasn’t really entertaining for our kids but that would have only been the cherry on top of our iced cake! We would 100% book this house again. 4 adults and 2 kids and everyone had the best time!!! Thank you elite!

We loved our 3 night stay at the cottage on Warren! We felt really at home. The cottage is within walking distance of downtown and the lake. The place was exactly as described, super clean and tastefully decorated. The decor was perfect & the record player sure was a nice touch. The records and the player (Frank Sinatra especially) lent itself to the history of Lake Geneva. I had a few minor questions during our stay and the host was immediately responsive and helpful. If we are ever in the area again I would 100% rent from this company! Super happy with our stay! Highly recommend!

Beautiful newly built home with great decorations. We very much enjoyed our stay. The outdoors was perfect for kids. The house is about 4min from the lake so it was easy to go run by the lake every morning. Will definitely be coming back to this beautiful home.

Wonderful!

Our family of 7 stayed here over the 4th of July and it was wonderful! The house is gorgeous and comfortable. Everything is new inside. The kids loved the bunk beds the most! It’s a short walk to Riviera Beach, great restaurants, and unique shops. 5 stars - would stay here again!

We felt very comfortable at the place along with centrally located for all the local activities and restaurants. The kitchen, grill, pool, and A/C were perfect for hot weather summer activities. The hosts were responsive and helpful when the slide was missing from the play structure and the swing set was unstable, reattaching the slide ASAP and providing a new mini outdoor ping pong table and bubble wands for our kids to use. They also pointed us to a great 4th of July fireworks spot that wasn’t obvious from Lake Geneva websites. I highly recommend especially if you need space for a large family.

Perfect girls get away

There were 6 of us who stayed here to celebrate all of us turning 40 this year. We couldn’t have asked for a better time. The house was beautiful and spacious and had everything you could ask for in a rental house - PLUS it was just so adorable! Beautiful kitchen and awesome living room area to spread out and relax/enjoy and laugh! The bedrooms were so nice with comfortable beds. I literally don’t have one complaint besides the fact we can’t all go more often!

House is beautiful! Quiet area. Loved the table at the end of the pier. Lake is calm and very kid friendly. The upstairs shower was cold and did not warm up. I tried giving it a day but it was still cold after running for 20 min. While Elite was responsive to my texts about this they were not helpful. I asked for a plumber to be sent, the contact said that they would call a plumber on Monday. On Monday they said a plumber could not come out until Tuesday. I reached out on Saturday about this. When they came they turned the knob in an awkward way, warm water came for 5 minutes and they left. We had cold water the rest of the visit, as we only had a few days left we did not reach back out about the cold shower. There is another shower, but for the price we paid I would expect both bathrooms to work. Low rating on price due to all the fees that totaled $1000.

Kick off to summer!

We loved the layout of the house. All updated and clean. Loved that it had 2 levels since I had kids with me. Loved the privacy of the property, very spacious yard. The pool house was an instant hit with the kids and a very good idea to have . The location was perfect, between downtown LG and Williams bay, both areas accessible easily. We woulld love to stay here again and will!

Great In Town Location

Perfect little getaway!

Perfect Location

The property was very clean and had an amazing open concept. There were plenty of comfortable bedrooms on the 2nd floor and a yard and porch that wrapped around the entire house. My nephews really enjoyed the yard and the fire pit at night. Our favorite aspect of the house was that it was in a very quiet part of the neighborhood yet still only 2 blocks away from the bustling downtown area that nestled right up to the shore. We barely had to drive anywhere in order to shop, dine or have a day at the beach. I would love to stay at this property again in the future.

Great property

This was a great property for a weekend get-away with my family. There was a pool and swing set, which made entertaining the kids easy. The house is recently remodeled, and there was a great kitchen/living room area. We were all able to enjoy meals together, and the layout of the living room was great to watch movies on the couch together at night. The property is only a short drive away from the main town area ~5 min. I would recommend staying at this property! I already want to book this property for an adult get away weekend with our friends. Fun for all ages!

Overall, the house is nice for families or groups of friends looking to stay near Lake Geneva but with the extra amenities and space. Elite is a great company with whom to work. They were very responsive and took any steps or actions to help make our stay easier. They coordinated with our baby gear rental in order to have the cribs in the rooms before we showed up. They also provided a few extra of all the cleaning products like dishwasher pods, trash bags and toilet paper which was appreciated! They definitely take pride in their efforts and properties!
A couple small things to note. The pool isn't heated so it can get a bit chilly. And, like a lot of Airbnbs, the walls are a little thin between the bedrooms on each floor. We brought and used sound machines that helped a lot. Overall, I would definitely recommend the house and with a little prep it makes for a wonderful spot.

Fantastic Lake Cottage!

We had a great time at this clean, cute, lake cottage. Pictures dont do the home justice - its better than it looks and we cant wait to come back next summer. -Great for 6+ adults or 1-2 families w/kids. -right on Lake Delavan with superb water frontage and huge pier. -we visited local spots on foot: Watershed Saloon was great while The Shore (convenience store and bar!) was fantastic.

The Perfect Family Cottage - especially for babies!

We loved this property! My husband and I, our adult daughter, son, DIL and 19 month old grandson spent nine nights at this perfect cottage in Delavan Lake, Wisconsin. The home is immaculate and very thoughtfully provisioned. Chargers in outlets, white noise machines and blackout curtains and hangars in bedrooms, enough toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher pods, k cups, etc., to get you started. (You’ll need to bring shower soap and shampoo.) The decor is the perfect lake vibe. Blues and whites and natural fabrics. Lots of comfy places to sit and lounge, both inside and out. We had a 19 month old with us and the place was perfect for him! There’s a crib, changing table, and high chair inside, along with a booster seat, tub seat, potty seat, and even a step stool for the bathroom! Best of all, there were tons of high quality toys. Our grandson played in the outside “house” every day, and spent happy hours on the deck building Lego towers and driving around a truck. There were also games for the adults. A great set up. The large deck was wonderful. A terrific propane grill, a huge table and comfy chairs, with a large articulating umbrella to provide shade for the hours when the direction of the sun didn’t. Plus it is gated, so little ones can’t get out! The yard is large and beautiful. Sunsets every night were gorgeous, either from the deck or hammock or from hanging around the fire pit before roasting s’mores. The dock was great, too. The lake at this time of year is pretty grassy v6 the shore, so not good swimming, but twice we rented a pontoon boat from the marina across the lake, and drove it over to the dock to pick up the family. There’s a large lily pad kept in the shed, that we put on the pontoon and hooked up to the boat and tossed over when we anchored in the middle of the lake. Nice kitchen, large refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, oven, and a great LG washer/dryer tower help make the vacation a breeze. You can walk to a couple of small parks, and to a casual bar/restaurant with very decent food. Otherwise, driving into Delavan or Lake Geneva or Williams Bay was very easy. (Tip: set your Waze or Google Maps at the house before leaving; tough to get reception in some areas!) The owner was great. Wonderfully warm and immediately responsive. In summary, we can’t say enough good things about this rental. I’d rent it again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to others!

Overall great property. Very clean and nice accommodations. Unfortunately - the house has a bee infestation that was coming in between the siding/walls on the outside. My son is severely allergic to bees so we had to check out early to avoid the risks. I had sent the property management company an email regarding this but haven’t gotten a response yet.

This was a great vacation home for our two young children! It has everything you need-sound machines, high chairs, boosters, toys! My boys had a blast. It’s located a bit further from lake Geneva-about 15-20 minutes but less than 10 minutes from Fontana and Williams Bay which is beautiful and significantly less crowded. A great place to stay with littles!

Our family of 6 adults and 4 children under 3 had a wonderful visit to Powers Lake. The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful view of the lake from kitchen, dining room and deck. Lake water is clear and the kids had fun playing in the sand and wading in the water. Relaxing and fun trip!
